Position overview
We are seeking passionate 3D designers with advanced knowledge in Blender and a strong interest in learning and problem-solving. As an XR 3D Designer at Plyo, you will be at the forefront of creating immersive, real-time 3D experiences for Real estate architectural projects.

Job Description
As an XR 3D artist, your role will involve creating full-scale, immersive 3D models of Real estate projects. This includes modeling missing geometry, setting up materials, environment, and much more.
You will also utilize our proprietary tools to ensure real-time exploration functionality, which will be a key part of every project.
While we prefer candidates at one of our office locations, remote work is also possible.
Main Responsibilities
- Create/optimize architectural 3D models of Real estate projects, with high focus on details and accuracy
- Detailing 3D models with missing geometry and apply materials to create realistic, immersive environments
- Set up real-time exploration features using Plyo’s software.
What Qualifications are we looking for?
- Expertise in using Blender with a focus on efficiency
- Detailed and accurate 3D Modeling Skills with architectural models with high attention to details.
- Material Creation: Ability to create and apply realistic materials
- Photorealistic Environments: Experience in developing high-quality immersive environments
- Software Knowledge: Solid understanding of 3D software workflows and a high problem-solving attitude
- Bonus qualifications: Experience with Blender’s Geometry Nodes for advanced modeling techniques
