Built for the trust real estate runs on.
Plyo slots into the stack you already run and takes the moment that decides the sale. This page is the whole of it — how it connects, who sees what, and the plain record of how the data is protected.
Read the factsKeep your website, your ERP, your CRM. Plyo takes the moment that decides the sale.
Plyo doesn’t replace your stack — it slots into it. The storefront becomes the one place every buyer lands and decides; everything you already run connects to it, in and out — and every route is optional.
Your ERP or
broker system
or none — Plyo is the source
The CRM your team
already works in
or none — work them in Plyo
Your systems stay yours.
Nothing gets replaced. Two ways in, three ways out — pick what fits each project.
Inventory in — API, live
Any system: your ERP, a broker system, your own. Continuous and both ways, so a price change lands in the storefront and a reservation lands back in your system.
Inventory in — CSV upload
Mapped once, reused on every upload after. No integration project, no developer time.
Leads out — email
Every lead lands in the inbox you choose, instantly.
Leads out — CRM
Leads created automatically where your reps already work, kept in sync.
Leads out — CRM with events
The lead plus what they did — opened, returned, reserved — synced across as it happens.
Everything exports
Your full record — inventory, leads, history — exports on demand. Nothing here is held hostage.
Full control over who sees what.
Access to leads, analytics, pricing and reports is granted per person, per project — granular enough for every hand that touches a project.
Leads — you decide who sees them
Sales reps, brokers, agencies: access to leads and their contact information is granted per person, per project.
Analytics — shared on your terms
Full dashboards in Console. Give any internal or external party access — your marketing team, an agency — without opening leads or pricing to them.
Production — renders and nothing more
A 3D studio uploads frames and sees nothing else. Any agency that knows 3D modelling can deliver them; there is no lock-in on production.
Attribution — every change carries a name
Prices, statuses and reservations are logged with who and when. The audit trail is the default, not a feature you switch on.
The sales-centre wall, the shared screen in a video meeting, the laptop at the kitchen table, the phone at the gate. Same storefront, same live inventory — nothing to install. Hosted on unitfinder.com by default, or on your own domain.
Hosted, or built into your own site.
Three ways to deliver the same storefront. Pick per project — the platform behind it does not change.
The SDK — ready today
The storefront ships as an embeddable component: the live project, inventory and all, running inside your own website.
Or a full-page embed
An iframe drops the whole storefront into the site you already run.
Or hosted, with nothing to install
yourproject.unitfinder.com by default, or your own domain.
One control plane, whichever you pick
Hosted or embedded, Console stays the source — same inventory, same leads, same events. Only the presentation moves.

What’s certified and what’s planned — never blurred.
Plyo acts as data processor for your buyer data under a standard DPA. Consent, access and erasure requests are handled in-platform, sub-processors listed.
Project and buyer data lives in the EU (Finland) by default. For regulated markets with residency requirements beyond the EU, regional deployment is available on request.
Hosted on Google Cloud’s certified infrastructure — physical security, network isolation and encryption inherited from the platform.
Planned. The practice it formalises is already how the platform runs.
Trusted data handling
Anonymous until the buyer acts
Views, filters and return visits are collected without identity. A name and contact attach only when a buyer registers interest or reserves — the demand intelligence runs on behaviour, not people.
Your data stays yours
Inventory, prices and sales records belong to the developer. Export everything at any time; leaving Plyo never means losing your record.
No shadow analytics
Buyer signals serve your project and the aggregated market picture — never advertising, never resale. Aggregates keep no identities.
Retention on your schedule
Buyer-level data is kept while the project sells and deleted on schedule after, following your retention policy.
Operational security
Identity on your terms
Interest and reservation flows are forms you configure per project and market — from a simple contact form to verified digital signing where your market supports it. Plyo never demands more identity than the step needs.
Encrypted everywhere
TLS 1.2+ in transit, AES-256 at rest — including backups. No plaintext copies anywhere in the pipeline.
Least privilege, by role
Admin, sales and viewer roles scope exactly what each person can see and change — in your team and in ours. Access to customer data requires a support case and your approval.
Everything attributed
Every change to a unit, price or reservation carries a name and a timestamp. Nothing on the platform happens anonymously.
Backed up and rehearsed
Daily encrypted backups with periodic restore drills. A storefront mid-launch cannot afford an untested recovery plan.
Ask us the hard questions.
Security reviews, DPA copies, sub-processor lists, pen-test summaries — ask, and the answer comes from the people who run the infrastructure.
