Nils Arne Bakke
Chairman of the Board
He is the former CEO of Altibox, Scandinavia's 2nd largest broadband and streaming company, and brings a vast amount of experience from both software and the M&A space. With over 50 transactions under his belt, numerous boardpositions and Chairman of the Board for Hawk Infinity - a large venture company with a $200 MNOK portfolio.
Nils Arne is also a Professor in the department School of Economics, Innovation and Technology at the University of Christiania.
Benjamin Sommer
Board Member
Investor, serial acquirer, and founder with 25 years of experience in enterprise software across various roles. Benjamin brings deep expertise in software development and a proven track record as an early-stage investor.
He has significant experience in proptech, including a successful exit to Monterro (Swedish PE) and later EQT. Leveraging his extensive M&A background in the software industry, he collaborates closely with international investors and VCs.
Additionally, he is ranked among the top three most certified Scrum/Agile Master coaches in Norway.
Philip R. Gundersen
Board Member, Co-Founder & CEO
In addition to being Co-Founder and CEO of Plyo, Philip serves on our board. He has a background in commercial Real estate syndication and corporate finance, where he quickly distinguished himself and rose to become an extroverted sales champion. Philip continues to spearhead the market, driving sales, momentum, and revenue.
Aksel Gresvig
Board Member, Co-Founder & COO
As a former top Software Engineer at Accenture, Aksel brings a technical edge to our leadership and board. Having personally built the foundation and development department that now drives our product innovation, he currently ensures the automation and management of our finances, operations, and HR.
Herman Wenstad

With a background in both law and product design, Herman is a visionary with a unique strategic mindset. Through deep insight and trend analysis, he ensures that everyone is aligned on the strategic direction and that all company activities are tied to a unified growth strategy.
