To produce the Site Project, we need materials and content for all sections of the page – this applies to both the Teaser and the Project Page.

The required assets are:

• Images, visualizations, and videos/animations:
  • Area images and 3D visualizations. Minimum resolution 2000px and maximum file size 20MB.
  • If videos are to be used, they must be delivered in .mp4 format and under 100MB.
    
    
• Design profile:
  • This should include information on the color palette, fonts, and web fonts, if applicable.
  • Logo in a vector format (Ai, Eps, Svg, etc.).
  • Custom font files (.woff) if not from Adobe Fonts or Google Fonts.
    
    
• Text:
  • Prospectus/sales documents/real estate ad (sales texts).
  • Contact information for the realtor and photo.
    
    
• Other:
  • Domain details.
  • Email address for lead reception.
  • Email for privacy policy.

All our sites are based on our optimized Site Project product, which has been developed through hundreds of projects conducted with many of the industry's leading players. Using theming, we start with this foundation and adapt it to your project and your specific needs and preferences. We can simply update the logo, colors, and fonts, or we can redesign the entire layout and subpages to tailor our optimized customer journey to your target audience.

Yes, Site Project can be used for all types of residential projects. The customer journey and solution work equally well for townhouses and single-family homes, as well as apartment buildings. Whether you're selling a small number of homes or several hundred, we have the experience and expertise to present your project.

We build everything in our own platform and CMS, which we also call Plyo. The platform has been developed in collaboration with the real estate industry and tailored to its needs since 2014. The primary goal of the tool is to make it easier and more efficient for all real estate stakeholders to create, edit, and publish projects, not compromizing on tools iutilized. This can be done either independently or outsourced to us or other partners.

Editing in the platform is easy. Everyone who has a solution from Plyo receives a user account and training in editing. Once logged in, you can simply right-click on any section of the page to edit images, text, colors, and much more. If you get stuck, our Support team is ready to assist you.

Web hosting is included in the solution. We host all our sites ourselves through an advanced infrastructure. All subcontractors have been carefully evaluated, and all servers are located within the EEA. The only thing you need is a domain, which should be directed to us. We will assist you with this.
