Our Site Portal solution include setup. Setup costs vary based on customization needs according to complexity and scope in subpages, theming and content.

Site Project set up in Portal includes setup and a monthly license fee. Specific Site products offer DIY solutions where our portal customers can configure and fine-tune their own solution using the Plyo CMS at no additional cost. Customers using our Portal solutions are also eligible for additional incentives on license plans.

To produce the Site Portal, we need materials and content for all sections of the page – this applies to both the Listing Page and all company pages.

The required assets are:

• Company design profile:
  • This should include information on the color palette, fonts, and web fonts, if applicable.
  • Logo in a vector format (.svg, .ai, .eps, etc.).
  • Custom font files (.woff and .woff2) if not from Adobe Fonts or Google Fonts.
    
    
• Company info and content:
  • Texts:
    About the company incl. vision, mision, sustainability and all other points you would like to communicate.
  • Employees:
    Photo and contact details
  • Contact details:
    Address, phone number, email for forms etc.
  • Other content:
    Import from the current solution, if not let's crowd source the creation from whoever needs to be involved within your company.
    
    
• Listing Page:
  • Projects overview (incl. development phases)
    • All information for projects to import and create inside the portal. This will be sent as separate link to out file uploading system.

We build everything in our own platform and CMS, which we also call Plyo. The platform has been developed in collaboration with the real estate industry and tailored to its needs since 2014. The primary goal of the tool is to make it easier and more efficient for all real estate stakeholders to create, edit, and publish projects, not compromizing on tools iutilized. This can be done either independently or outsourced to us or other partners.

Editing in the platform is easy. Everyone who has a solution from Plyo receives a user account and training in editing. Once logged in, you can simply right-click on any section of the page to edit images, text, colors, and much more. If you get stuck, our Support team is ready to assist you.

Yes, once we have set up Site Portal for you, you can easily create and publish your own projects. From Work, you can quickly click (+), give the project a name, and start editing. When you're satisfied, you publish the project, which will automatically appear on your Listing Page.

Web hosting is included in the solution. We host all our sites ourselves through an advanced infrastructure. All subcontractors have been carefully evaluated, and all servers are located within the EEA. The only thing you need is a domain, which should be directed to us. We will assist you with this.
